I recently had my Explorer serviced at Coggin Ford Jacksonville and wanted to recognize the excellent customer service from their service department. There was a small scheduling hiccup with the valet pickup service, but John, the Service Director, handled it immediately and very professionally. Can not get one call back from any service advisor. I have been trying to get a simple answer if they can perform an install or not on my 2026 F-250. It has been a day and a half. All I want is a yes or no, and no one will answer the phone or call back. I have called in 6 times. If you like phone calls, find another dealer. Absolutely insane.
Place sucks I don't want to waste time thinking about it. I will never go to this place again. So bad I will never go there again and will actively tell people to never go there and never buy a ford.
