took vehicle in knowing what the issue was. Was quoted a price and told hed get the diagnosis fee taken off. I approved. (This was a Saturday at closing). Sunday I found someone else to do it for less. I text the number he had text from and said to wait. I get a call Monday they had completed it and ignored my text.
