This review is a primarily a reflection of the cost and professionalism on the part of the Service team. My visitS were to have my parents car serviced. Unfortunately, that became a multi-visit process where numerous items were upsold and completely failed to address the primary concern I specifically noted at drop-off. In their defense, Gary Yeomans Honda played the same game. My issue is a bubbled out exterior black plastic door frame panel around the window at the B column. It's a warranty issue with my 3 month old SUV. My wait was about 1 hr to determine that a replacement part needed to be ordered to correct the issue. Ideally, the service dept would have a mechanic (or AI) that could quickly screen problems, especially if a part needed to be ordered, to avoid unnecessary customer wait time. Once part is in stock, service rep will call to schedule a follow-on appointment.
