Absolutely THE WORST SERVICE department! The techs screw up and do rush jobs. Been there 3 times now and had issues all 3 times with something not been done properly. This last time I had an oil change and tire rotation done on my F150. The techs never put the front screws back on for the splash guard and so after driving it a few weeks the thing started to hang down and I finally noticed it. Called them and explained.
