Over 30 days to complete the repair for a return problem. Did not provide me a rental or loaner vehicle until the repeat problem was verified. Communication on the status of the repair was not satisfactory relayed to me without me contacting the department. Turning rental vehicle after reported my vehicle would be ready on Friday and it was over another week before it was ready for pickup.
