We are from out of state and in FL for the month of March. Our GMC Acadia had a mechanical issue. We called Coggin Buick GMC on a Thursday and were able to get a service appointment on Friday. While the issue was not covered under our warranty the dealership knew that it was a common enough issue that could be covered elsewhere. Within three hours our car was fixed and back on the road with no charge to us. They identified the problem, had the part in stock, and fixed it right the first time. Vacationing from MN when we had an issue with our GMC Acadia. They got us in, repaired, and on the way. Professional in every aspect. I would highly recommend them!!
Very poor experience with having a new tire placed on our Honda. It took 7 days and countless emails, voicemails, and complaints. Steven Murray was the worst advisor that I have ever experienced. He knew a tire was needed and a patch would not meet standards and only ordered the tire on day 6 of the car just sitting there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
Coggin GMC was a great experience Salesman Anthony G. Was awesome knowledgeable and a great salesman that I bought 2 vehicles from him. The rest of the staff was great as well! Will definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future!
