Jacob, Brian & Gus at Coggin on Blanding in Orange Park, Florida, helped us tremendously in July 2025. We had been to Carvana and had a terrible experience and wound up driving off towards Blanding and decided to stop in Coggin and we were met by a young man named Jacob. I have been bringing my car here ever since i first bought it. The first problem happened when I brought it in to get my ac fixed. They returned my car with the steering wheel crooked and heavily drifting to the right. I returned the next day and was told that the car was put on the alignment rack but there was nothing they could do. When I could finally afford to have it looked at, i am told that they need to put it on the alignment rack to figure it out. Something i was told was already done, and sent away. Brought the truck in for a fuel issue and the outstanding service department had it handled within a few hours. Upon leaving, an old issue resurfaced and without even discussing it, they ordered the new parts and communicated the solution that was under warranty. Exceptional service by the pro team!
