My experience with the service department was great. I dropped my car off the night before and Matt got me checked in and kept me informed as to how my appointment was going. He let me know when my car was ready for pick up! Very pleasant experience as usual.
Holly’s energy says it all she actually cares, and with Vickie at the close I am definitely coming back!
Ghus and Jake were a great team and provided me with phenomenal service all the way from Atlanta.
Schedule an appointment at 7:30 a.m. after traveling for 1hr and 1/2 to have my car service for a recall, and was told they don’t have the part, they have to order it. Not only that, I was told other cars were scheduled prior and all the parts were gone, but you know it’s a recall, and you should have a backup for additional cars. I wasn’t happy about that, because of a wasted day off from work. They didn’t call me either to let me know, so I wouldn’t make that drive to Coggins. I was so disappointed!
