Very disappointed with my recent service experience. I brought my 2020 MDX in for a recall and brake service and asked them (for the fourth time) to diagnose why the Auto Idle Stop has not worked for over a year. They replaced the starter under warranty and assured me it would address the issue. I picked up the vehicle and the Auto Idle Stop is still disabled.
