Me giving 1 star is honestly being overly generous. Their customer service is terrible—rude, dishonest, and more focused on protecting their company’s image than actually helping their customers. I had a technician come out to fix my Wi-Fi because I’ve been having ongoing issues despite paying for high-speed service. He arrived at 8 a.m., was professional, helpful, and did everything he could on his end. I was told my Wi-Fi would be back up and running within 45 minutes after the visit. Fully and completely unprofessional. Cogeco reps IGNORE your "No Soliciting" sign on your property. In the last 3 years, I have politely told them more than once "No I am not changing service providers, please remove me from your door-to-door list." Why would anyone deal with a company who's reps/sales contractors think they don't have to respect people's wishes?
Too long for someone to answer phone, terrible music, and abrupt staff on recording . Staff who do not speak English well.
They keep sending kids to my door to try to sell me internet. It’s never going to happen.
