I’ve been trying to call them for over an hour but have been on hold for over an hour. I just want to cancel my mother’s bills, a senior who they’ve been taking advantage of, offering services that are worse than basic cable for an extremely high price.

I would give a zero minus if I could. What is wrong with these people in Fergus that go door to door and bother people as they willingly show disrespect when they ring people's doorbell when there is a large and easy to see sign right beside the doorbell that has written "No Agents, No Salespeople, No Canvessors, No Solicitors. Me giving 1 star is honestly being overly generous. Their customer service is terrible—rude, dishonest, and more focused on protecting their company’s image than actually helping their customers. I had a technician come out to fix my Wi-Fi because I’ve been having ongoing issues despite paying for high-speed service. He arrived at 8 a.m., was professional, helpful, and did everything he could on his end. I was told my Wi-Fi would be back up and running within 45 minutes after the visit.
