Lack of communication with customer. Terrible service.
My service has been down more then I can count.....it take forever to get a customer support person on the phone. Once my 2 year term is up I will be canceling these useless company. Terrible customer service. Do people even work here it always take 45 minutes plus to get a human being!!!! I thought bell was bad.
Horrible customer service. I don't understand if they are doing this intentionally or what? On top of the unnecessary hold times, they need a reason for everything. Why would I tell you what I watch on Netflix?
ATTENTION BOARD of DIRECTORS of CONDMIUN BOARDS or PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANYS----- DON'T USE COGECO!!!! If you are a condo building or condominium complex Board trying to decide if Cogeco is right for you, don't. Stay far away. NEVER EVER USE THEM!!!! Save yourself a nightmare and hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The worst Internet company. Extremely long holds. Bad customer service. We are without the internet since Thursday and burning our data nonstop and in return they are willing to slap $10 credit on our faces for the inconvenience. Not to mention i am still without wifi service and God knows for how long. Will be switching to a better company soon.
