COGECO Internet speed test doesn't work Cogeco is rated last as a reliable provider. DONT LOCK IN VIA PROMOTIONAL FISHING MAGNET
If I could leave a zero I would. The process of setting up my TV and internet has been complex, time consuming and extremely frustrating. Over 2 hours with a live technician and another 2 hours with a technician over the phone and the problems are still not resolved. Our issues have been escalated to a supervisor and if they are not promptly resolved we will be taking our business elsewhere.
Outages and expensive. No other option in my area to go with a better provider.
