Bedside manner was not good. Patient and family interaction was cold. He had a preconception of military veterans and didn’t want to listen to the family or even check his medical record. The Cogdell memorial hospital emergency doctor needs a good lesson in Veterans and how w to help not just come to one conclusion and blow them off. I went to Cogdell hospital in Snyder for a foot injury. I was taken right back to Er and assessment was made and Foot was x-rayed and was treated and released and Dr. Stickles took great care of me. Thank you!

On Friday, my wife and I went to the emergency room while traveling cross country.. We had fallen in the shower, and I hurt my shoulder. She had hurt her back. We were under great stress due to the fact that we were in an unfamiliar area.and in a lot of pain. We were treated by Dr Stickles and nurses Amy and Sharon. Although the hospital was busy with other patients, the three of them took the time to gently care for us with great personalities.and expert care. My wife and I truly appreciated their support and care.
