Cogburn is great! Evan and Austin were on it. They found the source of the problem and fixed it the same day! Communication was 10/10, they cleaned up nicely. Very friendly. Will definitely use them in the future! 100000 recommend!
Excellent serive, great communication, and quickly done. Will definitely be using them as my dedicated electrician servicemen for any future projects! Austin was very kind and explained any and every change thoroughly, and Josh was a courteous and hard worker. The both of them put the utmost quality and effort into the job, regardless of the difficulties my old house posed. I would trust these gentlemen with any electeical task. If i had a say, based on my experience with them, I'd definitely give them both a raise.

I am not satisfied with the service provided. I was quoted for 42 panel, they put in a 40. I was fine with this, but then other issues arose, enough to warrant this review. The work messed up my generator ATS. Now my generator won't kick in through the transfer. Cogburn has since came out and repaired, noticing a wire had been knocked loose when they replaced the conduit wire that lead frommy ATS to circuit breaker. The work done messed up my generator ATS. They replaced electric coming in from my ATS to circuit breaker which I paid extra. Now my generator won't kick in through the transfer. It worked fine three days ago. I called both Mid Ohio Generator and Generac who stated that the generator ATS is not working correcting. Now I have to pay a 250 dollar service ch... read more
