Bernie’s and his helper are great at communicating the issue at hand, and are incredibly quick to respond to plumbing issues. My main drain was clogged and they came out the day of to address it. If you’re in the Fredericksburg area, I wholeheartedly recommend them
I contacted several plumbers to get help with corrosion on my pipe fittings and water acidity. Bernie was the only one to suggest doing a refit and acid neutralizer instead of a full repipe, and I appreciate the different thinking. He helped address my entire problem, was easy to communicate with, and delivered a superb level of detail with the plumbing that he had to rework.
Bernie took my call from Texas Monday morning and had the water back on today over on Post Oak Rd, had to pull the pump and replace the wiring, Everyone is happy
