They aren't out of business, but they should be. Their shop is unusable at the moment (not an issue for me) so I took my jeep to their house. I had to wait a very long time to get my car detailing service because I had booked the living social coupon. The woman was rude and distasteful on the phone. When the day arrived for my service, she tried to reschedule due to a 10% chance of rain, but I refused and said I would take my chances.
