Terrible company. I stupidly did not get a written estimate first, so payed them the bulk once they started working. They came and did great work, but did not finish what they started!!! And then I couldn’t reach them via phone or text. In looking into them further, their website is a scam, and their listed address isn’t a real address. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They have the poorest communications I’ve ever seen from another company. They were impossible to reach. They don’t return phone calls. They don’t show up for appointments. Stay away from this company as all possible.
Extremely dissatisfied. The craftsmanship was poor, the team was disorganized, and they didn’t stick to the agreed timeline. Regret hiring them.
Terrible experience. Cogan Masonry & Construction was unprofessional, missed deadlines, and did poor-quality work. Would never hire again.
