Went for a chain had to watch him talk to his friends at the shop and on the phone. Tried giving me an open used chain then refused service after I politely asked if the chain was new. He or she also stripped my bike bolts. Will not be coming back forsure. Bike shop on western is local and been serving the community forever

Brian and Liz were really kind, I needed a screw for my bike and they were able to find a replacement really fast. The dog is also really playful.
Very friendly and helpful staff! They made the whole process easy and welcoming. I’ll be back for sure.
Refused service after given a used chain, he or she idk which also stripped my bolt by tightening really hard because they got mad I was going to the bike shop on western and 5600 western is where you should go to
