Wonderful bike shop! Come here for knowledgeable/dependable service. Brian and Liz are lovely and go the extra mile for their customers. Tater, their super calm dog, does a great job of holding everything down!
The Cog Cycles and Yarns are always spinning at 3217 West Bryn Mawr in Chicago’s Hollywood Park neighborhood. The small shop is filled with new and reconditioned bikes put together by the affable shop owners, Liz and Brian. Both of them work on bikes, usually while you wait, and do a great job. I had a fantastic experience at cogs cycles and yarns. I walked in with my bike without an appointment, they asked me what I needed, and immediately put my bike on the rack and started checking it. After about 10-15 minutes, they had me try it out and it worked perfectly. Not only that, they wouldn’t take any money. Thank you for your great service!!!
Went for a chain had to watch him talk to his friends at the shop and on the phone. Tried giving me an open used chain then refused service after I politely asked if the chain was new. He or she also stripped my bike bolts. Will not be coming back forsure. Bike shop on western is local and been serving the community forever
