I had a fantastic experience at cogs cycles and yarns. I walked in with my bike without an appointment, they asked me what I needed, and immediately put my bike on the rack and started checking it. After about 10-15 minutes, they had me try it out and it worked perfectly. Not only that, they wouldn’t take any money. Thank you for your great service!!!
Went for a chain had to watch him talk to his friends at the shop and on the phone. Tried giving me an open used chain then refused service after I politely asked if the chain was new. He or she also stripped my bike bolts. Will not be coming back forsure. Bike shop on western is local and been serving the community forever

Brian and Liz were really kind, I needed a screw for my bike and they were able to find a replacement really fast. The dog is also really playful.
Very friendly and helpful staff! They made the whole process easy and welcoming. I’ll be back for sure.
