The technician said he needed to order And when I did a follow up four weeks later, I was told they are unable to get the part due to the fact they are delinquent on paying their bills . I then called Maytag support and they tell me I needed to obtain the part number that is needed to fix my cooktop before they could help me I don’t think I’ll be buying Maytag ever again.
Worst people I've ever seen, person came out on September 9th going to order a part for my refrigerator, 5 weeks later no part and not a word from them they want answer the phone when you call, so I've been without since August 28th
1) an 800 service (Lowe's / Whirlpool) made the appointment I'm on the phone for over 45 mins every time I called trying to cancel. I had hoped I'd get a call to confirm an appointment and I could cancel than BEING THATS WHY APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS ARE MADE FOR since I got no other contact from the tech assigned to me for my dishwasher 2) SO I got a confirmation call at 530pm saying the tech would be in our area the next day I saw n called back at 6:45pm As soon as I said I needed to cancel she got huffy rude ignorant sayi... read more
A technician came out today to service my dryer that was still under warranty. The problem was a small metal piece, nail, and change that was left in the pocket of our jeans. They didn't charge us as it was under warranty, even though it was our fault. The service was amazing and timely. The tech was very knowledgeable and had the entire dryer broken down fixed and put back together in less than 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend for appliance repairs.
