We had an issue with the Thermador wall oven that kept causing the oven to shut off. Very frustrating. Unlike some companies that seem to treat us like we live on the moon, when I called Coflin and it was no problem for them to send someone to our home to take a look at it. Coflin is very customer focused. Linda, who I spoke to on the phone, was very professional and a delight to work with throughout the whole process. Had an issue with a Maytag washer I bought from Lowe’s. Ended up calling Maytag customer service where they set me up an appointment with Coflin. They came to see what the issue was first to see what parts they needed. The serviceman got everything diagnosed and said he would order the parts and they would call when the parts came in. I ended up having to wait a few weeks to a month but I know it takes a while for those types of things. They called to say they got the part and scheduled for it to be fixed the next day.
