Been using coflins for many years one of the best repair men around,,
They are extremely tacky and unprofessional. I scheduled a repair for my dryer via Whirpool's website. These people did not show - not only that, their phoneline is always busy. It's a landline so they must leave it off the hook. We waited all day! Missed a whole paycheck for these fools. They don't even have the decency to call and reschedule.
I needed a part on my washing machine fixed. Coflin came out, assessed the issue within 5 minutes and then ordered the part. They came back out once they had the replacement part and took about 10 minutes to fix. They came when they said they would and fixed the issue!
They are no shows, twice now! they don't answer the phone,they can't order parts you have to supply the part yourself. The lady claims they owe money to supplier for parts. So essentially they have a bunch of stolen parts. Don't waste your time with incompetent humans and save your frustration!
The technician said he needed to order And when I did a follow up four weeks later, I was told they are unable to get the part due to the fact they are delinquent on paying their bills . I then called Maytag support and they tell me I needed to obtain the part number that is needed to fix my cooktop before they could help me I don’t think I’ll be buying Maytag ever again.
