We don’t usually provide reviews, however, we feel compelled to acknowledge the outstanding service and expertise we received from Jeremy and the team. They were incredibly busy yet they still found a way to support our needs on our travels. We arrived unannounced and were met with amazing service. Great service friendly staff
Purchased a 18 month old Concept van. First experience with sales was good, organised a time for pick up. Upon arrival we were forced to wait 3 hrs for them to deal with an unhappy customer getting their new van (with issues) we then had virtually no handover info. Again we had to sit around for another 1hr while the rego was completed. Upon first use the AC and mains water attachment were inoperable. We rang Jeremy and we were told basically bad luck. So be very careful dealing with this group.
