I accidentally put a small amount of unleaded into my diesel car today and thought I’d completely ruined it. I happened upon their tow truck next to the BP in Coffs Harbour and Tristan was so kind and helpful! He interrupted his lunch to tow me to the workshop. Because it was only a tiny amount of petrol, they were able to top the tank up with diesel instead of doing a full fuel drain, which saved me time and money. Had a breakdown passing through to Victoria. The guys looked at the car within a couple of hours even though they were busy. Had a further problem but they got it sorted by the end of the day. My Nissan Maxima had a key issue on Monday the 02nd Feb 26 in central Coffs Harbour. I could lock and unlock the vehicle, but it wouldn't start. I called NRMA who we've been with for over 40 years, with complete cover. The local NRMA gentleman (Craig) was there within 15 minutes. My car was subsequently towed to Coffs Auto Service by another gentleman named Robbie. They were unable to fix the issue immediately and the spare key (needed) was at home, 94k away.
