RecommendedGood at what they do when they do it.
While on a road trip with the family, my Ram 2500 decided to give us some issues. These guys answered an email Saturday night when I asked if they had the parts I needed (awesome customer service). First thing Monday morning they squeezed me in and got my truck dialed in. Within a few hours the family and I were back on the road enjoying our vacation. I can’t thank the entire Coffman Customs team enough for their superb customer service and the help getting my truck better than it’s ever been.

5hrs from home and truck starts acting up. Dropped by their shop and they got me fixed up and back on the road in 30 mins. Don’t know many shops that go that far for customers they may never see again. Stand up bunch of guys and girls.
My Duramax is no stranger to the shop but this was my first visit to Coffman’s. While the pickup was there longer than any of us would have liked it’s now back on the road and better than ever. I’ve used other shops in the area but will return to Coffmans in the unfortunate event it needs further work. Quality work, and great customer service. Their product knowledge is great. The service after the sale is top notch! These guys helped me when I was in a bind.
I don’t know how this can be anyone’s best experience. This place is a joke. They had my friends truck for a month. He was patient for a month just waiting on a diagnosis. They didn’t call. They didn’t do a thing. I’m not sure what’s going on but this is absolutely ridiculous. And customer service from the girl up front?? Ha. She’s rude. All she gives is excuses. I would recommend them because of there track record, and knowledge! But don’t take it to them if they are busy and you need your truck. I have canceled 3 camping trips already cause I can’t take my 5th wheel anywhere without my truck, also had to barrow a friends truck to take my side by side to red river. Truck has been there over a month and hasn’t been touched or any kind of communication to what’s going on with it. Just really need my truck back. But I know it will be fixed right when I finally get it back someday
Best customer service and automotive shop experience I’ve ever had. Will be coming here for any and all of my repairs and upgrades for my Super Duty.
