Horrible place to live and just as bad to visit. Meth heads everywhere and the police would rather arrest law abiding citizens than their precious snitching tweakers. Travis Penrod is one for example. The chief of police is a coward. The city maintenance is a joke. When it snows you have to have an off road vehicle to get around because the streets will not be cleared until the weather does it for them. My advice is to avoid Coffeyville Kansas like the Black plague.
