Great bunch of people - very professional and caring
I am the owner of a an advanced technology firm. The firms provides no advice and plays the waiting for you to solve a problem, via email. I fired the firm and found a GREAT accountant that provides answers rather than questions. I generally thing the owners have no idea how to communicate. Heads Up! They are not interested in individual tax returns business which is fair, just wish I would have been told that before I paid $225 (non-refundable), prepared my tax information, took time off work and drove there for a 10 minute conversation. The gentleman who just purchased the company quoted me another $400-500 to do my taxes in addition to the $225 I already paid. DON'T USE! DON'T USE! DON'T USE! They WILL charge you over the agreed amount. I was with them for a couple years and was tired of being charged over what the agreed amount was. I first moved my payroll from them over to quickbooks and found out they were charging me over 4x the amount of taxes I should have been charged. Then after six months into 2020 they went through the whole year budget and didn't work from then on and now I'm left doing the work they were paid to do.
