Marci Coffey's expertise verges on a talent. She is steady and professional, yes, but in addition, her personal technique changes the character of one's skin. I guess one could say she gets under your skin. She is gentle but tough on unwanted hair and understands the benefits of the treatment for health, aesthetics, and over-all well-being.
