First they loaded the container very loosely, so I ended up being charged for a full container when in reality I needed less than half a container. Second, because items were loose, many of the items were broken including the TV.
The reviews are fake. They used a service to create all of them.
My recent experience with this moving company was extremely disappointing. Not only did they crack my $180 computer case I've loved since I got it in May of 2014 during the move, but they were also unable to disassemble my bed due to their lack of standard tools. This resulted in them stripping one of the hex screws on my bed, which will require a lot of effort to remove. Horrible experience. Damaged multiple items then claimed I was trying to defraud them of the cost of the repairs which wasn't even half the cost of the move. They demand cash because if they were paid in check or credit card you could force them to right the damage. Never use them!!
