Ordered and paid in full for a memorial on 8/26/22. Was told it would be 6-8 weeks to get stone. Close to 10 weeks later, I was told "a full load of stone has to be ordered, not just for one person. It should be here anytime". A few days before the 90th day of waiting, another excuse or two. Still, no resolution in sight. Doesn't answer messages left on the website until you call a few times.
