This area might look nice, but at night it's ran by African American people who claim West side city which is a gang across the street on 10th Ave and Cocopah some of the members are block watches for the apartments themselves, there dealing fentanyl, steal from nearby stores, and like to mess with people's vehicles at night Don't bother complaining to Lorraine Agnew who is affiliated as well and she is the manager and her husband who is the maintenance manager does not do his job right for they pick and choose who house tha... read more

The lady who works in the office has a nasty attitude addition to that she said the waiting been list is closed for 3 years. So please don't waist your time or gas seeking for housing here because you will be dismissed.
I Used To Visit My Auntie And My Neices And Nephews There,I Also Went To The Recreation Center And It Was Cool And Alright And Nice For My Siblings And I.,Pretty Cool Nice Place To Live At Nearby The Arizona State Fair Grounds.,Wishing Those Who Really Are Working Really Harder On Getting Everything Else Done And Cleaned Up To After Everyone Else Especially For Inside They All Have There Own Ways Of To Make Alot Of Money Though For To Get It At Stores.
