The coffee there isnt very good, there isnt any food except for a few pasteries, and the baristas are rude.
The Coffee Vein closed unexpectedly last night. We dont know the details, but we do know that their customers need to have a place to get their morning coffee on the way to work or school.To serve them the Black Rose Caffe will open its doors at 8:00 AM on weekday mornings. The Coffee Vein is what Ive always wanted in a coffeehouse. First is awesome coffee, which they have in spades. Their roaster is Rocket Coffee Roasters, which is a wonderful microroaster based in Phoenix. Secondly the staff is always very friendly, and really knowledgeable about the service they provide. I usually go at night, and the evening Barista, Linsey, pours great drinks and always has a friendly, positive attitude. This cute little place is SO much better than any big chain like Starbucks with burnt coffee. I have always found the baristas so knowledgable and nice ... I even ran into one of them outside of work and she knew who I was. My fiance and I are regulars there. I wish it could get more business like overpriced starbucks does.
