We needed our grinder serviced, Det came and inspected our grinder to tell us it needed a lot of work. He leant us a replacement one right away whilst he took the one to service home. Det went out of his way to adjust the borrowed grinder and made sure it operated efficiently for us . He also took the time to work through the details with us.
