Be ready to be sent away with homework and no payment! I feel like I’ve been here more like 3 times over the years, and I’ve only actually paid once. He’s really good at explaining what’s going on and how to troubleshoot it at home, “if you leave it here I have to charge you.” And the advice he gave me was nowhere online. It worked immediately, of course. GO HERE!

Brought my breville machine for repairs. Was greeted by the sweetest gentleman, who immediately diagnosed the problem for me and told me it wasn't something he needs to fix, I can do it myself. Walked me through step by step to fix the problem and didn't even charge me anything. He did mention that he doesn't repair breville machines anymore anyway due to complexities with getting the parts. Very grateful for his honesty and help and would definitely recommend this place if you have a non-breville machine.
