We had an issue with our Breville, so we were advised to have it repaired here. The steamer had milk inside that got stuck, which caused a smell. We were advised to disassemble the machine and check whether the milk had gone beyond the steamer. The machine was returned to us with the assurance that everything was OK. After that, the machine started displaying a new error when heating milk. We were charged and the machine was returned to us with a new problem.

We’ve had our Breville machine for nearly 8 years without ever getting it professionally serviced. This past weekend, it stopped working completely. After being scammed by a private seller on Facebook Marketplace we were sold a Delonghi machine that was leaking water from everywhere on the inside. I brought it in to Coffee Machine Repair Calgary and within 2 days we had a vast amount of components replaced inside for a very affordable price. workmanship like this is extremely hard to come by these days and we couldn't recommend this company enough. customer for life!
