This is a small business that I love to support but also a business that focuses on fast turn around time, educating you on the repair, and doing incredible work!! I highly recommend!! In reading other reviews, one person focuses on the price, yet the work was completed to her preference. They are not expensive, THEY ARE WORTH IT!! Remember, you get what you pay for!!

I wouldn’t go here again. I had a problem that is common with Breville machines - the portafilter collar was lose. I didnt want the hassle of tightening it myself so took it in. There were no parts to replace (the only one listed on the bill was a new gasket which we had already recently replaced) - just screws to tighten and it was $225. I told him what the problem was when I brought it in and, after he confirmed the collar was loose, I asked how much it would cost to fix. Josef fixed my dual boiler Breville Oracle machine in less than two days—super fast turnaround compared to Breville’s 20+ day wait. He was very professional, took the time to explain the issue clearly, and even showed me a video of the problem. Pricing was very reasonable—way cheaper than going through Breville—and there was no hidden costs or pressure. He’s easy to deal with and genuinely wants to help. If my Breville Oracle ever breaks again, I’m going straight back to Josef without hesitation.
