Josef was thorough and thoughtful. Though the first time he tried, the fix didn’t hold, he took it back for free and fixed it right. He’s good at what he does and charges fairly.
Josef fixed my 13-year old Breville BES820XL espresso machine, it was clogged with calcium and leaking inside. Explained everything clearly and directly. Given that it's an old machine, he let me decide whether I wanted to repair or instead buy a new machine; he didn't push me into making any repairs. Thank you!
Great service. Clearly visible experience and expertise. Ask upfront for pricing. Don’t repair cheap consumer machines (costing below $200) as it’s not worth it. A clean & tidy workspace means Josef cares about his work and your machine. A part in my Breville machine was no longer available and he was able to source it from another machine.
