Seriously understaffed - I have been waiting for an hour on two drinks as there is only one poor soul working. Coffee is good, though.
Disappointed. Ordered hot chocolate and it came from a machine where the server pressed one button. The whip cream also came from a pre-made oil based product. Was expecting something better for a place that looks like it's a step above Tim Hortons. Looks can be deceiving.
I am a permanent customer of this place. Very good foods and drinks, but for me the staffs and atmosphere are the most important. They were very hospital, kind, organized and very friendly. I am here 5 times in a week at least. There are several other cafes in uptown Waterloo, but I always prefer here. Everything is excellent. I am sorry the place is closed on May first. I appreciate their service and I wish my very best for all of them.
