Great staff, the food is always amazing (that's why we go)
The staff member that served me today was lovely, but the coffee is actually maybe the worst i have ever had... Including midflight airplane coffee. The building is also in a really bad location, and difficult to get into. The handicapped parking has an accessible door to the building, but it is kept locked. Folks with disabilities unfortunately need to be prepared to walk around the side.
Poor customer service. Employees make you feel invisible. If owner see this review please check your camera from 7.30pm to 9pm. Pretty much all customers got same treatment.. Never coming back again where I am not welcomed.
