We ordered 2 mocha and received a cup of nothing: no chocolate, no coffee and no milk. The drinks tasted water. I told to staff, however she told me I ordered another drink. But it wasn’t true. Despite this, the sandwiches were good.
I've visited this location three times in the past month, and each time I've noticed that the staff seems upset when interacting with customers. This is really disappointing, especially when compared to the Kitchener location, where the staff is always welcoming and prioritizes customer service. I honestly expected better service, and I hope this issue can be addressed to improve the experience for others.
