I want to share my about my experience today, September 6, around 9 PM. The saleslady who served me directly grabbed my cake with her gloved hand instead of using proper utensils or a cake server. Honestly, this did not feel hygienic or comfortable for me. I don't know how long she had been wearing those gloves, where her hands had been, or what the gloves may have touched before handling my cake. 2 stars for good food and coffee… otherwise the service is so bad. i came in at 8:45pm and specified my order was for here.they gave me a paper cup so i asked for a mug because i was was planning to sit for a while. both baristas were visibly annoyed and told my friends and i that they would rather not give us a mug or plate because it creates more dishes for them to do. Pathetic customer service. The girl with glasses needs to cool down while dealing with customers. I asked if they have cold foam and what flavours. she rolled her eyes saying what size??? That’s not what I asked. She made me repeat my order and size 3 times with that attitude and served the worst coffee I’ve ever had.
