The establishment exhibits inadequate maintenance and upkeep. The latte was overly diluted, and the pricing is disproportionate to the overall experience. Tables were left unsanitized; when I requested napkins to clean the surface myself, the staff performed a superficial wipe that left visible crumbs. Upon requesting additional napkins, I was provided with only one. The service reflects a lack of concern for customer satisfaction; I would not recommend this location.
You buy a drink and food and the owner continues to harass you and asking you if you bought food and a drink even when it’s not busy. I had my laptop out for some context.
They have good food and atmosphere but one of their employees, a mature man wearing cap don't wash hands after cleaning around in the prep area. Many times he is being observed cleaning around with a small rag or cleaning cloth and then start making food without washing hands. He is being requested to wash hands previously but that should be a norm and customers can't tell all the times !!
