New management , Good Service, Nice Staff & Beautiful cleaning in the hall
I have been going to Coffee Culture for three years now. I go two to three times a week. The cleanliness of the place has deteriorated drastically. The garbage 🗑️ pails in the washrooms are always overflowing with garbage. They are not emptied on a daily basis. The windows are filthy. My friends and I now go to Tim’s. It doesn’t sound like much but we spend approximately $10.00 per visit by three times a week. That’s $1,560 a year. How many other people have switched to Tim’s.
The person working today Feb 25 2026 was so ignorant I asked for peppermint tea and gave me Earle grey. So I asked if she can remake it she then proceeded to tell me I need to pay for it for her mistake. She was very rude I told her I wouldn’t have asked for Earle grey and she told me I did and argued with me! VERYYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Not impressed at all!!!!!
tried a new sandwich from their menu, turkey avocado, very mild spice, perfect for someone like myself who doesn’t like much spice. cashier Kendra suggested I give it a try, her service was excellent, very friendly and helpful
