We had a very frustrating visit to this cafe. When we arrived, the staff refused to take our order, claiming their system was down and they couldn't even accept cash. We waited patiently and checked back, only to be told the exact same thing. However, as we were leaving, we caught them actively taking orders and accepting cash from other customers right in front of us. When we confronted them about this lie, they offered no proper explanation. Completely dishonest and unprofessional behaviour, we won't be back.
They over charge on their delivery services they add up to 3$ on top of its normal price PER ITEM. On top of that randomly added a 7$ service fee after being free delivery after 15$, even after changing differently on their app vs in store. Use to order here a lot but after forcing me to go inside and finding out the prices are different on their app I’m incredibly disappointed.
