The owner (Mr. Patrick) allowed me host my book signing there on April 6 2019. My guests loved the coffee, other drinks & foods they purchased while there. The atmosphere was relaxing and the coffee shop was clean :) The employee who was working at the time was very nice too. All my guests said they'll be going back to support! And me too, of course :) Thank you Mr. Patrick! I appreciate you allowing me to host my book signing there.

Huge variety of coffee, tea, and smoothies. Super friendly staff. This location on FM195 in Splawn Ranch has closed. It will be reopening at its new location on Stan Schlueter Loop.
