Excellent service, even when buying whilst International. I bought a Rancillo Silvia, DF54 grinder and a range of accessories whilst living abroad in PNG. Bought my first serious machine from Coffee a roma about 16 years ago after excellent advice and it worked faithfully with only minor repairs or servicing over the years. It finally died (repairable but not worth it) so just got a new one (plus a new grinder) with the same excellent advice and it's even better than the old setup. Great shop - strongly recommend them
