After a bad experience at a few other suppliers I luckily contacted Lawrence who immediately had me on board with his knowledge and advice. We drove across town with our daughter to have a look and were very impressed with the layout of the shop, all machines are operational and Lawrence showed us through patiently and matched us up with a Rancilio Silvia and Varia grinder combination. I bought my first machine ave grinder there about 20 years ago. Abut a year ago my old machine needed major work as I'd blown the boiler and it needed a full overhaul. Lawrence was very upfront about the pros and cons and cost of keeping it alive or going for a new machine. He didn't try to steer me in any particulair direction, even though I was trying to get him to tell me what he would do. He just told me the facts.
