Great product and great service. I had an issue with one of my spools and sent COEX a email late at night. By 7:30 the next morning they had already responded with a resolution. It's great supporting a local business as well!
Unbeknownst to me, I inadvertently made a mistake on my filament order. Within 2 hours of my mistake, I received a phone call from Dylan, from the Coex sales department, stating he had noticed that one of my filament orders was for a different diameter. I returned his call and was pleasantly pleased by actually having Dylan directly answer my call.
