Unbeknownst to me, I inadvertently made a mistake on my filament order. Within 2 hours of my mistake, I received a phone call from Dylan, from the Coex sales department, stating he had noticed that one of my filament orders was for a different diameter. I returned his call and was pleasantly pleased by actually having Dylan directly answer my call. I've been using Coex Filament for about 3 years now. It is my exclusive brand and I don't plan on using any others. I recently had an experience with their customer service because I thought I had purchased a defective roll. Turns out I was wrong but their customer service was top notch. I highly, highly recommend their products to a lot of my friends and colleagues that i know 3d print. Keep up the good work!
