I’m quite disappointed with my recent balayage experience. I had shown a reference photo of a chocolate-brown balayage with visible streaks and soft highlights, but the result turned out copper-toned and almost fully covered, rather than the dimensional balayage I expected. At first, I thought I might just be adjusting to the change, but seeing my hair in natural light the next morning made me realise it wasn’t what I wanted.
