Conflicting feelings about this place. Is the problem the non medical staff or the medical staff? I don’t know because the medical staff can’t seem to keep employees to the extreme. Result is the office manager was grossly responsible for mishandling my account, despite my many phone calls and communication concerning a GROSS billing error by their billing company for several visits, which were fully covered if billed correctly. My doctor is very competent and talented. Visits are also conducted in a very cordial manner, avoiding the typical stress of a doctor visit. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
