The gentleman who answers the phone and manages the park is horrible. Just a few questions and he is the meanest, rudest gentleman I've ever had the displeasure speaking to. From the rest of the reviews it seems as this place needs a new manager. Absolutely unacceptable!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Rating it 1 star due to not being available to low income families in the area, the only mobile home parks around here are for older people.. so I guess the younger generation can get 4 roommates, or be homeless. There are already multiple low income apartments for the older generation.. yet none available to people under 55. Thanks
