Nice, quiet living with great manager and neighbors. We love living here!
Saw nice home for sale very reasonable. However lot rent as well as rude Manager why would I live there! Park not maintained as well as they try and make you believe avoid!
Lot rent is out of control. Nearly $1,000! If seniors could afford that much that wouldn't be living in a manufactured home. All parks in area cover water,sewer sanitation. Who wants to pay an extra $400 a month for lawn maintenance. Ridiculous.
