I trusted this shop to repair my Marquis Spa last fall. I paid $3,000 for repairs plus $800 for transport to and from their Coeur d’Alene shop. The work was completed around the beginning of December 2024. I was told all leaks were fixed and that the tub had a one-year warranty. The hot tub worked through winter, but after draining and refilling it on May 2, 2025, it began leaking heavily from the base. We called Heath to come out and fix a leak in our hot tub. He was courteous, timely and professional! It is so hard to find good honest companies that you know you can trust. Well this is definitely one. We will recommend him to anyone who has hot tub needs!
Heath the person I talked to on the phone was an absolute gentleman. He addressed my issues and scheduled promptly. The service is the absolute best. Will recommend to all of my friends.
