Stay away! Phil has not retired. He said he completely refurbishes the tubs and claimed that used tubs are much better than what you can buy new. He quoted us a price that included the use of his equipment to deliver. He could never remember anything we talked about and constantly tried to change the deal. He required full payment up front before he would get the tub ready, then he delayed the delivery date several times. I trusted this shop to repair my Marquis Spa last fall. I paid $3,000 for repairs plus $800 for transport to and from their Coeur d’Alene shop. The work was completed around the beginning of December 2024. I was told all leaks were fixed and that the tub had a one-year warranty. The hot tub worked through winter, but after draining and refilling it on May 2, 2025, it began leaking heavily from the base. We called Heath to come out and fix a leak in our hot tub. He was courteous, timely and professional! It is so hard to find good honest companies that you know you can trust. Well this is definitely one. We will recommend him to anyone who has hot tub needs!
