Previously had a great experience with both of the providers our twins have seen. My issue is with the office staff and appointment scheduling. I have twins. I always schedule them for back to back appointment and have so for 16 years. Now I’m being told that the doctor’s template does not allow back to back appointments and that I would have to do a morning appointment and afternoon appointment. I have brought all of my children to Coeur d'Alene pediatrics and have never had a bad experience. Absolutely love this office. The staff are super friendly and helpful, office and medical. My children love coming. I recently brought my five year old in, he hasn't been to a Dr since he was a baby. After meeting Dr. Jerkins he asked if he could go back tomorrow. 😊 Dr Jerkins is my favorite Dr at CDA peds. We love this office!
We have been taking our children to Dr. Savage for 15 years and wouldn't want to take them anywhere else! We have been able to rely on her to care about our children's health and well-being.
