Dr Jerkin and the team are super fun and friendly. We are blessed to be with the team.
All the staff is absolutely amazing!! Doctors take their time to answer and explain all the questions you ask. Nurses take their time with the children. It feels like your with family. In 1986 I took my first child to CDA Pediatric and now Im take my grandkids there. Cynnthia
I truthfully love the staff. The staff is amazing and every provider we have seen is amazing. However, they merged with Heritage Health. There was no communication with patients beforehand. They then made it nearly impossible for our children to be seen in a timely manner because the stupid sliding scale. Merging with heritage health has been the biggest mistake they could have made, followed by their lack of communication about the massive changes they made with it. The portal is next to worthless. Very happy we found this office! Dr. Craddock is great as well as the rest of the staff. Very attentive and willing to listen to questions and educate, which we appreciate so much as first time parents.
Dr. Duane Craddock is phenomenal. Always been there for my son.
