Cancelled our parasailing tour with less than 2 hours notice. Offered to move us to another time but we have flights out and it was our last day in town. Was supposed to be the grande finale, and now we leave town with disappointed teenagers where this was the only activity they were actually looking forward to. I do appreciate the attentiveness to safety and that they won’t take out passengers in sub-par operating conditions, which is a plus I am sure, but they need to have some sort of recompense for unexpected events that... read more
I had such an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! My cousin had asked my siblings and I to go out and try this, at first I was hesitant because I’m a bit afraid of heights, but after seeing my siblings do it I decided to give it a try and had a the BEST TIME!!
Such an amazing experience! Was a little skeptical going in and will definitely be back. So smooth, calm and beautiful views. Everyone was super supportive, safe and made the whole experience even better!
