What a horrible company to work with. I can not believe they are in business. Absolute liars. Do not even ask for a quote, total dirtbags. Not a professional in materials, how he talks to you and your family when you question his work and how he responds to a problem he doesn't think is worth his time when he has bigger jobs coming up. After having a disastrous experience with another local deck builder, we contacted Jim Loisel, owner of Coeur d'Alene Deck. He and his crew fit us into his schedule, repaired all the damage that had been previously done and provided a beautiful 3 tier deck in about 2 weeks. The workers were polite, industrious and cleaned up every day when they were finished working. They even repaired some areas that had been damaged by the former builder at no extra cost.
