Unfortunate experience here, purchased the wrong screws unopened, unused. I tried to return them, however didn’t have a receipt. Rather than trying to work with me the guy at the counter simply said there was nothing he could do. Mind you I told him the date, time and that I used a credit card for the purchase. It’s not about the money, it’s about the poor attempt at customer service. Still believe I’m supporting local, but this makes it hard when one of the reasons you go is for good customer service.
