I was referred to Brandy O'Brien at Armstrong Insurance last November. I had a Foremost full replacement coverage for $169,000. Brandy told me she was able to get insurance and save around $200. However, she did not mention that her offering was for depreciated cost which was about $80,000 maximum. Saving about 20% to get less than half the coverage?
