I recently flew in for the Cd'A 70.3 and had my bike shipped to the Cd'A Bike Co. I have to admit, putting your bike in the hands of someone else right before a tri was a little nerve racking. In hindsight, I should not have been nervous at all. These guys did great, amazing customer service. They unpacked and rebuilt my bike well in advance of the 70.3, then broke it down and had it back to me to start preparing for my next race. I would use this service again.
My wife and I stopped in to look for a few things (sleeveless jerseys are hard to find locally). We were greeted by two different employees with in seconds asking if we needed help. No pressure sales. Alex was extremely helpful when we started to chat about the rides they host. I felt very comfortable as a newer rider and plan on joining their Tuesday night road bike rides. Great experience. Highly recommended. Plus they have beer... That deserves a 6th star.
The guys were super helpful and patient while helping me choose a bike (the few times I visited the shop). They gave honest opinions about everything I asked about and were very knowladgable. Unlike many of the other shops I visited, they were more interested in getting me on the right bike than pushing a certain product. I had recently bought a new road bike from another bike store in town. I have had nothing but problems with the bike and store. I have had several issues with my new bike starting from trying to make a bike fit me that was to big to begin with to selling me the wrong size shoes (and that's not all). Chris, Alex and the crew at Coeur d'Alene Bike Co had been so incredibly helpful.
