Heather is a great esthetician with many years under her belt. I went in for permanent eyeliner, which she has 11 years of experience in! She's also very cool and I felt like I was chatting with an old friend. My skin was resistant to the ink but after 2.5 (usually 1) hours I left with gorgeous liner and a small cat eye as requested.
